Why is yoga good for you?

Yoga is great for you because it helps make you stronger, improves your balance and flexibility, and even helps you sleep better. It can also boost your mood and lower your stress. If you want to be able to move around without pain when you get older, start doing yoga!

What is the easiest way of starting Yoga for beginners?

The easiest and safest way to start doing yoga is at a yoga studio. Yoga teachers there focus on helping their students stay safe and make the classes fun and simple. If you try to learn yoga from videos, the internet, or a book, you won’t have someone to guide you on how to get into the poses safely or how to change them if needed.

Why should I choose you for a Yoga instructor? What is your unique perspective that is different from others?

I plan my classes based on what my clients need. For example, I have a group of beginners aged 20 to 55, and their class is all about building stamina, getting the right posture, and focusing on one part of the body each session. I also have another group of ladies in their 60s. With them, we work on balance, flexibility, and strength in every session, while also helping release muscle tension in different parts of the body.

Is yoga difficult?

Yoga isn’t hard if you have a good teacher with you. The teacher will guide you based on what you need and what your body can do.

Why is yoga important in your life?

Yoga helps your mind and body at the same time. It relieves stress while you meditate and move into the poses. Plus, it builds strength, balance, and flexibility, which are things we all need to move without pain.
