Hi Laura. I feel so much stronger following your training the last several weeks!! Can’t thank you enough. I’ve been able to walk my dog several times/day. Also have been doing yoga in NC every morning. Feels so good!
My compliments to the yoga master! Just went to the neurologist. She asked how I got so much stronger & flexible in the last 6 months. I told her about how you continue to challenge me at my own level.
